Terry is a finance and strategy professional with over 16 years of experience leading teams and initiatives in a broad spectrum of corporate finance, analysis, accounting, and controlling functions. In addition to consulting projects covering strategic planning and operational process improvements, he is also experienced in fundraising and pitching.

 

Terry has driven multiple projects in manufacturing and infrastructure companies. This includes establishing regional HQ & processes, leading M&A deals & integration, driving business growth & site expansions, and managing finance transformations & SSC implementations. He started his career with Ernst & Young in assurance and advisory, before moving onto a ten-year stint at Evonik Industries covering various regional and management roles. He has since been active in the investment management, venture capital and start-up scene.

Terry graduated from Nanyang Technological University Singapore with a Master of Business Administration (Dean's List, Gold Medal) and Bachelor of Accountancy (Second Upper Honors). He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds certifications in financial modelling, business valuation, and data visualization.

Minok is a marketing and strategy consultant specializing in business growth and Go-To-Market strategies. She has over 16 years of corporate and consulting experiences in South Korea and China, with in-depth knowledge of Singapore gained through regional projects.

Prior to her consulting work, she was a Principal Manager at Samsung C&T (Construction and Trading) Corporation, and had completed numerous engagements including market analysis, feasibility study and M&A. She has experience leading the annual strategy planning exercise at the division. Starting as a marketer with Samsung Electronics, her career with Samsung spanned 13 years - where she had led merchandising teams to hit sales and profit KPIs, facilitated K-Pop artists and designer collaboration projects with JYP Entertainment, and managed award programs for emerging fashion designers.

Minok graduated from Ewha Women's University Seoul with a Bachelor's in Business Management. During a four-year stay in Singapore she obtained a Master of Business Administration (Dean's List, Gold Medal) from Nanyang Technological University, before returning to Seoul.
